General Counsel and General Commercial Services
We offer a variety of general commercial legal services. Our representation can be on a project-by-project basis or our retention as outside general counsel for companies that don't have a full-time lawyer but require dedicated focus and support or that have their own lawyer (or lawyers) but need specialized assistance.
We are open to any sort of billing arrangement, project-based, hourly or fIat monthly fees for a basket of hours or specific services. We believe in contributing beyond the billable hour and want you to keep us informed. We see every client as a colleague, so we don’t bill every call and every minute. In short, you get full-time lawyer type advice and insight without the full-time commitment.
