Zac has extensive experience working with start-ups and businesses of all sizes to develop and negotiate corporate documentation, strategic commercial contracts.

Karrie has nearly 30 years of intellectual property experience. Her practice involves counseling clients in various aspects of patent, trademark, and trade secret law, including the evaluation, protection, portfolio management, and utilization of intellectual property.
Lisa Pyle
Of Counsel
Lisa Pyle handles a broad range of legal disputes in both state and federal courts, representing clients throughout the litigation process. Lisa is involved in every stage of the litigation, from initial investigation, discovery, motions to trial or appeal. Lisa is skilled in various legal areas like commercial disputes, contracts, defamation and more. She has over 20 years of general litigation experience and over 15 years of employment litigation experience and has handled cases in front of both the EEOC and MSPB.
